Every first Monday in the month the talk DEFA-Filmküche takes place in the culture café "Quchnia" at 8 pm. Film journalists like Ralf Schenk, Knut Elstermann and Klaus-Dieter Felsmann interview guests of film, television or theatre. The focus is on former members of the DEFA, like actors, directors, camera men, costume designers, cutters, screenwriters, composers, set designers, producers and film historians.
The DEFA-Filmküche is a presentation of the DEFA-Foundation and ICESTORM in the culture café QUCHNIA (Markgrafenstraße 35, Gendarmenmarkt).
