Short Summary (English)
In spite of unimaginable quantities of water precipitating on the earth, there is the possibility that under the conditions of the temperate European climate a shortage of water will occur. Many interesting things are shown about the causes and about the measures that are carried out in the German Democratic Republic in order to safeguard the demand for water for the future.
