Er zeigt die vielfältigen Bemühungen, Goethe-Gedenkstätten und das umfassende Werk des Dichters zu erhalten, zu pflegen, zu restaurieren und neueste Forschungserkenntnisse dem Publikum nahezubringen. Wissenschaftler, Schüler, Arbeiter, Künstler kommen zu Wort.

It shows the great care and attention dedicated to his work and to the upkeep and restoration of the places associated with him. It also shows how much effort is put into bringing the latest research before the public. Scholars, schoolchildren, workers and artists here give their views.
